I am currently considering beginning treatment for Lyme again. I received treatment last year from Dr. J in MD however that was somewhat difficult for me to maintain appointments. If he is the best in driving distance for me (4 hours is his distance from where I live in VA) then I will return to him. If there is another physician who is having success in NC or VA please provide those referrals for me. My main symptoms are neurocognitive in nature with an emphasis on brain fog and fatigue. Thank you for any guidance you may provide!

Btw - please break up your posts into 2-3 sentence paragraphs, as there are people on Lymenet who cannot read large blocks of text due to neurological problems from Lyme. Thanks.
