I am in need of a doctor in the Pa area that is Lyme Literate and is familiar with late stage nuero lyme. I have been treated and am now relapsing and need to find a new doctor.

Welcome to Lymenet! PM sent for PA, MD & OH.
You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
They are far and few between, unfortunately. You need to go where they are.
Also most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":
When calling for an appointment, ask if they have any cancellations or a waiting list. Patients have been able to get in sooner to see a LLMD by doing this.

Thank you. I have been evaluated and treated by an lyme specialist so far. My problem is that after having a picc line with Rocephin....then 3 weeks of doxy flagyl mixture I was great for about 5 weeks then went outside for a soccer game on a REALLY hot day and relapsed. Within a week I was back to slurring speech again, barely walking, dizzy, forgetting where I was and tremors all over again and thats just the major symptoms....thats not counting the pain and other issues. I self medicated with a past prescription that I had left of doxy then fought with my doc to give me more oral meds. He wants to do a spinal tap but all the research I have done the spinal taps are as worthless as the other testing so I am not willing to put myself through that. Not to mention that I had to be off meds and I was not willing to put myself back to being bedridden just to suffice my doctor who 3 months ago said himself that the spinal tap is worthless! So here I am again searching for a new doc. Thank you for your replies thus far.
