I am looking for a lyme doctor/Neurologist for my wife. We live in the Syracuse area but I am willing to get her to anybody that may be able to help. 3 years of different and wrong diagnosis so far. After much research on Lyme I feel there is a good possibility this may be it.

Welcome to Lymenet! PM sent with some suggestions.
There is a LL Neurologist in CT, but he does not treat Lyme only the neurological problems resulting from it. Your wife has to be treated for Lyme and co-infections in order to address the neurological problems.
Your wife needs to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.
