I offered to ask this for a family member.

I am looking for a NY-based Lyme literate health care practitioner who takes Medicaid Managed Care/Fidelis Care. I am especially interested in some one, who practices in the Eastern NY/Hudson Valley region.

Her plan is also associated with a Catholic Workers Health group.
