I am not aware of any in SC. I'm very sorry.
I have a list for NC, but not anyone who is really good.

People south of D.C. generally have to travel north to get good care. How far north could you travel?
Many lyme docs will now do monthly telephone appointments so you would only have to appear in person once every 3 months.
I know a good lyme doc in the D.C. area who will do this and there is no wait to see him. Let me know if you want the name.
Your BCBS will cover routine lab work and the prescriptions. And, generally you can also submit a claim for the doctor visits and get some reimbursement. Perhaps a third of the cost would be covered and you would get a check from your insurance after the fact for that amount.
You cannot get reimbursed for telephone appointments however.

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.
Unfortunately, LLMDs are far and few between. You need to go where they are. None in SC.
Also, most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":
