My 26 y.o. son has been debilitated with what we think is Lyme (was treated with antibiotics numerous different times by many doctors). He has been unable to work or live his life for over 2 years, but we believe he's had the disease since he was 16.
Among at least a dozen docs, he was treated by Dr. C, no improvement. Dr. G, no improvement.
He has many symptoms but chief complaints are: constant shaking and shooting pains in arms and legs. Vertigo. Feeling like he's on a roller coaster. Panic attacks. Depression. Visual disturbances. Brain Fog. Memory issues. Cognitive disturbances.

How very sad for you, your son, and your family. My heart goes out to you mom.
Sending pm.
This LLMD might be able to help your son. Excellent but based in New York. Worth the travel.
Oh how I wish he gets the best care ! Take care.

- Sorry to hear of all this. So glad you are looking out for him.
In the meantime, to help with some of the awful experiences:
Vertigo, Roller coaster, visual disturbances (look up nystagmus) and even all the symptoms you list could also be due to involvement of teh inner & middle ear / vestibular system which is often attacked with lyme.
some of the Rx can also be ototoxic and vestibular toxic.
While a good LLMD should be seen, of course, at least some of the symptoms might have connections.
Before seeing any psychiatrist, be certain to read over links here. Vestibular issues can make one truly very unsettled and a LL psychiatric might know about this, most won't. Nor will most neurologists unless LL.
And a stressed liver can can panic attacks, too.. Links within this set.
Magnesium deficiency is common with lyme and can cause a lot of neuro symptoms. While you wait to see a LLMD, you might consider whether magnesium might help with mood, panic attacks, etc.
