Hello, I am asking for a friend who has been struggling with what first appeared to be an acute case of Lyme, but her symptoms have continued. She is seeing a doctor who is relatively inexperienced, and has tried some herbal protocols along with antibiotics, but is now at a crossroads as to how to proceed. She needs an LLMD with experience in the Springfield MA area, extending out to Holyoke, North Hampton and other towns locally. I believe she would also travel for help. One of her main symptoms is headache which recedes on meds.

When calling for an appointment, tell your friend to ask if they have any cancellations or a waiting list. Patients have been able to get in sooner by doing this.
Btw - please break up your posts into 2-3 sentence paragraphs, as there are people on Lymenet who cannot read large blocks of text due to neurological problems from Lyme. Thanks.

Thanks all. I have neuro problems from long term Lyme but the paragraph I wrote is pretty short. I was on Lymenet for many years but have a different user name now.
