Hey guys,

I'm from Queensland, Australia. Some of you may know, but for those who don't Lyme is not regarded as real here and thus we have almost no domestic physicians willing to treat us because they risk losing their licenses.

My primary symptoms are those of babesiosis (shortness of breath, sweats, etc) with some myopericarditis and joint pain from borrelia thrown in.

I am looking for a physician who treats babesia aggressively. I know American LLMDs are better than those we have here but preferably I'd like to see a physician of good repute who has successfully treated a good number of people.

I am honestly not that ill anymore, I am not fatigued, do not get muscle aches or generalised symptoms of systemic inflammation and am generally a pretty mild case provided I live within my means.

But I need someone who will throw a lot of different anti-babesial's at me to kick this for good.

I like the look of Dr H's protocols from NY but apparently he's not accepting new patients. So if anyone knows of doctors treating as he does, or similarly, or just as aggressively, please don't hesitate to let me know. I hear there is a Dr J****k who is good as well?

Thank you, and to anyone really struggling, I was there once too. Now I'm a fraction as bad as I used to be, just a matter of getting over the line now.

(breaking up the post for easier reading for many here)
