I would recommend seeing a chiropractor. Of course, if you're in the first stage and there are no serious problems.

As far as I know, if you have already some serious problems you should visit a doctor and he would prescribe you antibiotics.

When I had pain and joint and muscle aches, I was advised to visit a chiropractor but I wasn't sure about that, but I decided to try. And chiropractic treatment helped me a lot.

I found a professional chiropractor here https://kosakchiro.com/. He said my muscles were weak because of a lack of activity. And I agreed with him because I don't lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

(breaking up the post for easier reading for many)

I have always found chiropractic care to be very helpful. There's different levels of force, from very light to medium to strong, so everyone needs to find the level that works for them.

I've also done PT too. Good idea to be well-rounded in physical care!

I currently really like stretching.
