To the top for those who may have missed it during the holidays.

Be sure to go to the second link she gave, too.
Both are excellent.

Hi Melanie, I didn't see these before today. Exactly what I needed as I am in back pain from an idiot at work horse playing. This happens at least once a year,so perhaps I got this years one overwith early. Now tomorrow I have to really get after him,so he doesent do it again. Every new employee seems to have to shove me at some time or another and has to be told not to. I had allready explained to him about my herniated lyme ate disk but I guess it didn't get through his thick scull. MADDOG

Dear Melanie,
Thank you so much for directing me to this presentation. It lead me back to the only kind of thinking I want, but get distracted by day-to day muck.
I am grateful.
Regards
Paisley

Hey Maddog, old buddy!

I am SO sorry to know that your back is hurting once again. I think it should be part of the hiring process, to warn all of those frisky new guys!

Hope it feels better real soon for you...

Hello paisley!

You are so very welcome...these are two sites that really got me through some tuff times in the past. I am pleased that they spoke to you as well!
