I found something I LOVE .

Tired of water? selzer water? occasional spritzer? water w/ lemon or lime?

I just found stevia liquid drops that have flavoring. I got vanilla creme. It takes like a cream soda.

I haven't tried it with sezler but I think it will taste just like a real cream soda.

Tommorrow I'm going to put stevia powder & cinnamin in my oatmeal. Sounds good right?

Chile is probably a good dinner. Make with ground turkey meat use all fresh spices (fresh jalepeno pepper, alot of fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic & cilantro) the only regular spice would be chile powder.

I'm cheating I got a spicy chile packet from the health food store.

Serve on top of brown(wheat) rice.

Thanks for posting this, Heather. I really hope other people will post some of their favorite recipes or just their ideas. I get stumped very easily.

I like the idea of chili...

By the way, where did you get the flavored stevia?

It cost me 9.99 at the health food store. I don't know why it costs more online?

Great idea--I could use some new ideas. If I don't fill up on the right things, I fall of the wagon.

I love salad with
Tomatoe
Onion
Cucumber
Vineger & Oil or Italian Dressing
Refridgerate overnight

Takeout

Saag Paneer (Indian, spinach and cubed cheese)
Try to resist the nan.
