I can't even get in to see another neurologist in the meantime. My first appointment with a LLMD isn't until Feb 1st. My regular doc won't treat me for Lyme at all.

Not good that you have to wait so long, but an abnormal EEG is not necessarily a sign to panic. I also had one of these and abnormal SPECT.
Don't know how bad you are and whether it would make any sense to try one of the alternative treatments as a stopgap. I can't really recommend one, as am not inclined in that direction much. Cats claw maybe?
A neurologist goes on vacation for a month...all those tests must bring in the $$$$, and do they help us????? Down with most neuros. Doubt your neuro would be much help even if he stayed home and did not vacation.

I'm experiencing symptoms similar to bipolar disorder, having severe memory problems, and delusions.
I got some cat's claw... just gotta start taking it again. I get so tired of popping 10 pills at a time!
Like I said, I have an appointment with a Lyme doc, but the appointment is for February 1st, and I can't get in any sooner.

this sucks, however, it might help you to not be treated until you see the LLMD, as abx treatment could effect test results. on the other hand, it's been reported that sometimes abx treatments cause conversion from seronegative to seropositive disease. and the tests are pretty worthless anyway.
if you really want a doxy prescription in the interim, that's not hard to get taken care of. unless you've been pestering your GP too much about this...or you can always go online and order some.
