I feel a prickliness/tingly feeling, almost gnawing just below rib cage and in other "spots".
What the heck is this and does anyone else have this?!

I have this 24/7 and it is very annoying! It started about 6 months ago when my other symptoms got really bad.
The prickliness is in my stomach area and on the top of my big right toe- weird! Those are the only 2 places I have it but it drives me crazy.
Almost like a burning feeling and worse when clothing rubs on it. Especially buttons or waistbands. I also have to be careful putting socks over my toe because it hurts so bad.
The strange things we have to deal with when battling this disease...

I had an area of my forehead that would feel prickly almost every day -- someone here described it as having the creepy-crawlies.
Actually, this has almost completely stopped after 7 months of treatment. Now, it only happens when I'm herxing.

I have it in both my arms. Especially my hands. If I am doing something that keeps my mind occupied, I forget it. But in the mornings and evenings, when lying in bed, it is really irritating. Feels like little mosquitoes are having a wild party on my hands/arms!

I have this in almost every part of my body at different times.
It is a nueropathy thing as someone mentioned.
The lyme is affecting your nerves and causing them to misfire.
It changes for me--sometimes the feeling is like tingling, sometimes it is like I have fiberglass slivers in my skin, sometimes like the creepy crawlies, sometimes VERY painful, sometimes just annoying.
