....I remind myself that almost all the LLMDs brought up before their medical boards in the last five or six years were able to prevail and are still practicing and helping Lyme patients. Without our financial and moral support, I very much doubt whether this would be true. Our efforts ***are*** working though it is terribly labor intensive and stress-provoking for doctors and patients alike. I don't like this drain on our doctors and us and our meager resources anymore than you. So far, though, I don't see anything like a workable alternative. It seems to me that the other side is playing for time. We need to keep right on being there for our docs if we want to get through these difficult years. Please send a contribution right now to Dr. Jones so that he can continue to help our precious children.

We need contributions right now to keep Dr. Jones able to have legal representation after June 22. We also need to think how to capture the public's imagination regarding Lyme's ability to incrementally destroy this country by disabling its people. Send in your contribution to Dr. Jones' fund, encourage others to do so, then put your brain to work on how to get the public to understand the Lyme threat and to act effectively.
We can stop thinking that there is something more important to be doing. If we solve the problem of how to get people to wrap their brains around the Lyme problem, the solution can be applied to how to help people "get" and act on other issues of world-threatening importance.

We made another contribution at Dr. Jones office last week. They have a board set up with "Golden Flowers" on it for sale. Each flower costs just $25.00. You can have your name displayed on the flower if you wish. The board is blooming with flowers as it should be!!! Twenty Five dollars is not much, but if we could plant a whole meadow, it would go a long way!!!
