http://www.ssa.gov/disability/professionals/bluebook/4.00-Cardiovascular-Adult.htm

I read MADDOG'S post about his symptoms/illnesses for SSDI purposes.

For all of you with HEART conditions, please go to this above link; it was REVISED 4-06!

LOOKING FOR HOPE, I saw many of the medical terms you discussed privately with me.

In your case, print out this entire section 4 and compare with your WRITTEN MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION from your mds!

To the rest of you, this is the link to get to the ADULT impairment list; there is a CHILDREN'S also!

betty I'm impressed but also so confused... I do not know where to go or who to see or what to ask anymore.. I have back issue a number of herniated discs throughout my back which they are now talking about a spinal cord stimulator... on fentynal and flexeril and toradol for that

I have rapid heart rate for more than 12 hours on an average of 102 BPM... my seizure disorder has returned (I believe from lack of Lyme treatment for the past year I have not been able to get.. )they out me on metropolol

I have some sort of pulmonary distress which they conclude is not asthma which I had been diagnosed since age 16 as asthmatic.. now they say it does not matter if I use albuterol or not it wont help.. I told them that years ago.. I left the darn test results at the anesthesiologists' office DUMB Me! they are mailing it back to me so I have it for court..

plus they think my seizures have returned just went for an ecg the other day I have a follow up with neurologist on Tuesday or Wednesday for that.

my back they say I am ambulatory at my doctor appointments, just for sitting and moving yes thank heavens for the fentynal patches or I would not be!!! and even with them I can not lift a blasted thing! I cant lift hardly a thing forget about bending over with out support.. my upper back is so damn tight I can hardly move an arm...

now I have some lung infection that Tony was trying to get me a bit of relief since Dr. H had to cancel my appointment for a training lesson.. I really need to see him fast I will try to make a walk in appointment and hope I don't end up driving for 3 hours for nothing. I know I need to get me straightened out ..

I am working just to pay my medical co's and tests and prescriptions and I am so far under financially I will never find relief unless I declare bankruptcy which I just recovered and got myself back on track finally after filing in 1989!!
I hate this BUG I really do and I am tired of sharing my body with it! period.. please help me understand what I need to do here. I am so afraid to go back on assistance since they were not treating me .. kept telling me that nothing was wrong. then another duck would say you need to be treated for High BP.. then another would say there's nothing wrong with you.. can any of them stay on the same damn page here???
none of the doctors seem to be willing to work with you to get you on SSA none in the past have been willing to return the reports.. do I have to offer them money or something? seems that is the only thing that works anymore...

I feel like I have been chewed up and spit out.. this is only the medical issues..
I am in fear of still being homeless due to a broker who spent my money for appraisals and gave me good faith estimates and approvals and I still never closed on a home now I am being forced into a place that is twice the price at 2.5 % higher interest rate a year later because it took all I had to get resettled into this area.. I am so discussed with the way our system is set up and how many people are raped by it .. then to have medical and insurance companies putting the final blow on our loss of ability to perform this is just too much to believe.

then I have my one son I used all our stock of doxcy because I am afraid to remove his Lyme treatment in fear that his first degree heart block will advance and turn into cardiac arrest.. along with this he has adhd, anxiety depression and Lyme and if we don't keep him on those pills he will never hold a job more than a week..

and then there is my youngest who has bipolar and adhd and anxiety depression social anxiety performance anxiety Lyme thyroid disorder and we have his diabetes under control don't ask me how?? but aside from this ...what can I do they deny all of us!! we are loosing everything .. and I can no longer work

I did however get my hands on my sons employment papers (which mine are lost in a packed box cause we don't know when we will be forced to move from here.. ) but I think I qualify for short term if not long term disability through work.. does the disability have to be work related? I have to first be out 5 days and have a doctor state I can not return to work.. will the SSA hearing prove that?

I have lost my husband in 2003 and then my father in 2004 to Lyme.. and not being treated or diagnosed early enough and now I am trying to fight for what little I have to hold on too and it is slowly slipping through my hands!!
Please please tell me there is hope here!
