I have heard many people here speak favorably about the Colonix product for intestinal health. I think it is a bit expensive. Do a search for more information.

I have never heard of a whole body cleanse, although ayurvedic medicine may have something like this. Usually, I hear of people doing cleanses in separate components, i.e., liver cleanses, intestinal cleanses, etc.

I liked Dr Natura the best, which is the Colonix. You can find it at www.drnatura.com

I'd used a cleanse by my chiropractor and it was nasty and hard to comply with the instructions!!

So compared to that, Dr Natura's is SIMPLE!

Thanks for the information. Dr Natura is the one I was thinking about. I've read about them until I'm blue in the face but I kept going back to Dr. Natura. That is the one I'm going to try then. You usual get what you pay for so even though it is more expensive I want something that will work.I'll order it tomorrow then. Thanks
