I started on my Dr. Natura toxins and colons cleanse today and I feel like heck! My stomach is churning and I feel like I could vomit. Anyone else have problems with it?

Did you take the one for parasites? That could probably do it.

Go easy!

The Dr Natura plan is really good and I never felt bad on it. Just got a little diarrhea from the Paranil. If that happens, you just cut back on the number of pills the next day.

I didn't take it yesterday and I feel better today.
I started on it again today. I can taste it all day long.
So far today I feel ok but my tummy is really making lots of noise.

You said something about "toxins"...Which products are you taking? The fiber, the tea, and the Paranil??

I'm taking the Colonix and the Toxinout by Dr. Natura.

2 Paranil capsules
one half scoop of Colonix
2 toxinout capsules
2 DetoxiGreen
2 Flora Protect capsules.
I don't like tea so I am skipping it.
I am fine today so I wonder if I wasn't drinking enough water the first day.

That's a lot of stuff! No wonder you feel a bit yucky!

I only took the tea, fiber, and paranil.

The tea is essential to keep your BM's going well. If you're not having trouble there, then maybe you wouldn't have to have it. I'm not sure.

I would think that it's essential because it rids your body of toxins.
