Hey guys,

I'm crazy busy these days and just don't have the time to come by the board. I just wanted to check in and let you all know I'm thinking about y'all. But I won't be around much.

It's mostly good reasons. I got a promotion and work is going to be much better. And I've been in a relationship the last few months and he's taking more and more of my time.

Add school in there, and I've got no time for anything else. (I'm actually typing this message while sitting in class).

I'm actually doing really well. More than 2 months off abx, because of GI issues and I'm feeling great. So maybe I can stay off them for a while. Still trying to figure out if I have a gallbladder issue or other biliary issue. So I'm not perfect, but I'm good.

Hope everybody else is doing well, and I'll try to stop by now and then.

For those wondering, I got an A on my paper on the legal issues in lyme treatment. I'll work on rewriting it over the summer so I can submit it to journals for publication.

-Aniek

Congratulations! You are an inspiration!

That's great that you are remaining so stable in terms of health while being off antibiotics. What a great sign!

Life would be better if I could eat pizza. But it's still pretty good. [Cool]

About a month ago, I realized I was happy. I think it's the first time I've been truly happy in 5 years...pretty much when I got real sick. It's a nice feeling.

CONGRATS ON "A" lyme treatment legal issues; CAN'T WAIT TO READ IT SOME DAY!

WHOOPIE; you're doing well, you've got a love in your life...double whoopie, and life is looking up for you.

did you ever have food allergy tests for GLUTEN: wheat/rye/oats/barley since pizza crust is WHEAT! do you have a lot of diarrhead and bloating; good chance it's GLUTEN!

also found out i have food allergies to:

gluten..wheat and rye;

casein---cow's milk, cheeses, egg whites, and garlic!

might be worth having it done; mine was done by MERIDIAN LABS, paid $95 for the 95 things they test for. good luck.

aniek, thanks for stopping and updating on your POSITIVE life now! [Big Grin] [group hug] [kiss]
