so to doc again today.

more kidney stones.

i was right things do come in threes.

Dear DocDave,

Will you stop making those things?!!!

Very sorry to hear you are still not up to par and in pain to boot!!

My Mom had kidney stones in post WWII Germany (that is where she is from).

You should see the scar she has. It runs from her back to her front and is at least 12 inches long.

At least they don't do that anymore......do they?

Sending you healing "passing" thoughts and prayers.

Oh Doc, If I could send you a pill to make the stones dissapear, I would!

I'm suprised the laser didn't zap them completely. [Frown]

the lazer zapped them into smaller pieces.
asked him to put me on iv fluids for several hours but he said no.
iv fluid is the best way to wash them out, and i'm an expert on iv's anyway!!!!!!!

Gosh, I had just asked how you were feeling on the Easter Squirrels thread, and now I see this.

I am so sorry, but as others have said, let's hope the "comes in threes" is the end of this.

Bummer, Doc.

Hope when you are rested after a good drugging-up, your pain will be a distant memory!

Sorry doc dave. My husband gets those and it's HORRIBLE, just horrible.

Meg, anytime they have to work on the kidneys, they have to do a scar that big. The procedure hasn't changed.

What is their plan for these stones?!

Sorry for your 'hurtin fer certain' Doc Dave. I am in about as much pain but alot higher.

I have to go set up the corral and make the big cattle drive today,,,"RAWHIDE",,,cept we use rubber tired trailers these days and I will have to make at least 3 trips to the BIG town where the market is,,,bad news is I have to GIVE them away to be rid of their hay burning carcasses. they were worth 3 times that a year ago.

AND I hope they copperate better than the last bunch. I just cant take care of them any more!!

Later, git along wittle doggie!!!!-d-

Your wife's name wouldn't be Lorena...as in Bobbitt...would it? [Big Grin]

Now don't go doing anything drastic!

Magic- You gave Docdave a good laugh-and he's the one we're trying to cheer up. I really do like your squirrel pictures-they usually cheer me up too-so keep them coming.I'll roll with the punches.

I do have a problem keeping track of my funny bone. I have a problem keeping track of a lot of things. LIke I can't remember where that wide eyed but not so bushy tailed squirrel is that helped me start my day with a chuckle.

Anyway- always good to see you around-even when it's a reality check. A squirrel for every season.

He OD'd on viagra so he would become a real stiff.(get it? A REAL STIFF-as in corpse)

or

Maybe he slit his wrists because after all that viagra none of his "squirrelettes" showed up.

What a waste.

and with that -I'm getting down from this tree.
