Anyone have a good template for recording daily medicines, times taken, doses and symptoms?
I'm starting my doxy tonight (yeehaw!!! I'm bracing for a herx based on how I reacted to high dose abx in January)
I want to be sure I'm charting my reactions to Doxy closely before we introduce another abx and flagyl, so I know how each med effects me. Plus, I want a record of this entire journey, in case it's ever needed.
My new motto: If I'm herxing, it must be working! (better than "no pain, no gain")! Wish me luck!
