When we get sick our bodys throw off toxic die off of bacteria that was affecting our body, when sick long term these toxins and other toxins anything from preservitives in our food to pollution in the air we breath, overload our body.

In those of us who have been ill for an extended period of time (months/years/decades)It is very important to do a detoxing of the body, along with any other health care we are doing.

The colon can be detoxed by taking a good colon cleanse product.

The Liver, Lymphatic, Blood Stream, Kidneys all can be detoxed at the same time with a potent herb.

A well known powerful drug can bind up and remove mold, bateria, and a variety of drugs and toxins from the body with no serious side effets,
Cleans blood and bile, and liver.

More info on these can be found on a lyme info page that I have started, over the last 2 years I have collected over 200 bookmarks on sites about lyme, I have narrowed it down to less than 12 that I feel are the most important to helping folks with lyme, at this link http://bcclocks.com/lyme.html

I started a new herb to kill the lyme bacteria in my system and also started on a herb detox, was sicker that a dog for 4 weeks I then read of a protocall suggested by a medical docter

who is using the same herbs that I had started, and he said that it was very important to detox first for 14 days to 30 days before taking the bacterial killing herb,

so after a week of being off everything, I started detoxing, 5 days later I started feeling better, I will continue the detox for a total of 30 days (as I been ill for more than 20 years) then start on the bacterial killer, while still taking the detox herb.

Hope this is informitive and can help, Later Bruce

LisaS Thanks for the kind words

cholestyramine is actually one of the safer drugs to take, Docs use it also to bind up and remove drugs from the body if liver count is high, (removes lyme die off in lymies)

The main side effect I found was heartburn, and was able to minimize this by drinking antoher glass of water after taking it. I also would eat a small bite an hour after taking it.

I was on 3 4gm packets a day when first on it, the first time I had bad pain the first two weeks, every mucsel and joint that had ever hurt

was hurting again and all at once, but by the 3rd week pain returned to normal levels and by 5th week pain was almost totally gone.

I currently am taking 1 4grm packet a day, I had stopped it and wish I would have stayed on it.

been detoxing for near 3 weeks now and am slowly improving.

Have been using the Burbur 5 drops 3 times a day,

1 teaspoon fiber with 6oz water immeadiatly followed by 8 oz water(twice a day),

1 4grm pack cholestyrimine in 6 oz water followed by another 6 oz glass,

and allowing 1 hr inbetween each med/herb.

Also been drinking more water than I can keep track of.

Just thought I would let all know how I been doing, Later Bruce

The cholestyrmine (drug)is the only med I am taking, the only thing I been taking is detoxing aids.

The colestrayramine binds up and removers toxins as does the fiber(food)and Burbur(herb)flushes endocrine system (liver lymphs other glands)as I understand it.

Not taking any abx or herbal bacterial killers yet, as want to gain some strength back first if I can.

Sorry for any confusion when I used med I was refurring to the cholestyrmine
