i saved this forum for last to visit tonight; i knew tutu would start this bresh of fresh air birthday greetings for me!
THANK YOU ALL! all so cute!
yes, i still feel really positive about my hip replacement monday at noon! AND UNEVENTFUL!!
ACORN, i totally agree with you ... NO MORE LYME! i put my 37 years in already! another cute photo i hadn't seen before!
cobweb; you did it again; you're a pure poet; and lymenet all knows it!
mags, i can't imagine me being anything but 2 left feet; graceful dancing feet i didn't inherit from my 2 gifted parents.
dana, trails, love, hiker, and cant,
thank you all for your special little messages and wishes.
dana, when my mom was dying from her colon to liver cancer, she told me one night HOW SPECIAL I WAS. just then a nurse came in, and she was bragging to proudly about me. i've got 5 kids, but this one is very special over the rest! i remember these words on days when NOTHING IS GOING RIGHT!! at least she/dad/sister and hubby love me!
my 3 close classmates are taking me out to eat, visit, and watch a movie at one of their houses where we BELLY LAUGH all evening!
sunday is a nice quiet day with hubby where he has me ALL to himself before the 7-8 nights without me.
i kidded him we won't know what to do with all the sleep he'll get without me in here from 10-2 M!!
THANK YOU ONE AND ALL FOR MAKING MY BD GREAT; now for some good

Happy Birthday Betty!
Many happy and healthier returns of the day! (yeah, I'm sorry, I know the balloons are moving and distracting but they are so cute and colorful. )
Good luck for the surgery on Monday and for a speedy recovery.

thank you ALL my lymenet friends for the warm BD greetings and fuzzy feelings!
LMT, yes, ice cream, cake, and choc. do sound good. we eat at perkins, and they give the BD person a free piece of pie! i'll tell you tomorrow what i indulged in for my BD gift to myself!!
thanks for the greetings michelle m and karen lee!
DOCDAVE, what a cute squirrel picture with the classic BYOB; bet acorn is jealous of this one she may NOT have had!
CAROL IN PA, you are welcome. i enjoy helping others and the GOLDEN RULE keeps coming around time and time again to those helping others! pay back is great!!
AZURE - "queen organizer and keeper of important lyme lists/info". you're seeing the good side of me HERE. at home, my organizational skills are the pits! i've got piles of stuff laying all over the place.
i try to sit down and do things PROMPTLY, but i've so easily distracted! hubby informs me if i were OFF lymenet, i'd be able to accomplish a lot! you know he is right, but i don't want to agree with him on this one! i'm accomplishing a lot here too .... it's just YOU ALL that know those details.
TRUEBLUE --- loved the balloons were great; SLOW MOTION so they were not distracting as those darn woohoos which get on my lyme nerves so much! all that FAST motion is really hard on my complete lyme system.
again, thank you one and all for the lovely birthday greetings and well wishes for my monday hip replacement surgery! YOU ARE ALL SPECIAL; glad to count you as my lymenet friends!

LMT, i told you i'd let you know about my supper meal tonight:
had jumbo shrimp for a change, with their delicious buttered carrots, steamed broccoli, and hash browns
free pie ... i chose banana cream since mom always made cream pie in memory of her giving birth to me 58 wonderful years ago!
boy, did it rain like a blizzard this morning for a good hour and then all morning lightly; didn't hear how much we had.
had a great evening with my classmate friends; never a dull moment or belly laugh!
