I am new to your site, but not new to lymes. my attack was hard and 4 months long. I tested negative for lymes in the hospital during this time. My back eventually went to the point i could barely walk. I went to a chiropractor and with 2 to 3 adjustments he has been helping me defeat this. 4th month still had weird feeling in the back of my skull so had them do another blood test.Eureka! you've got Lyme's!!I took Doxycycline for 3 weeks and felt awesome while on, but still have slight tongue spasm, stiff muscles and neck and feel in a haze.and boy do i get tired easy.i was going to do the inner kleans diet to detox and don't know what else to do. any ideas? also heard taking on capsule of Himalayan sea salt a day rids of lymes?Any info would be greatly appreciated, thankx

Some people on this forum do use colloidal silver, and also a salt and vitamin C protocol in conjunction to other forms of treatment.
I don't believe anyone here would say that either of those alone or together would cure lyme.
Healing from lyme takes a pretty persistent and multifaceted attack plan.
I'm glad you are feeling better!
I agree that it is a good idea to go to a lyme literate medical doctor recommended by someone on this board to make sure you get better and stay better.
As you have experienced, lyme can be terrifbly debilitating if not treated agressively and for a significant period of time after symptoms have gone away.
Three weeks is the usual treatment given by infectious disease doctors, but is not enough to get rid of the disease.
A lyme doctor would be able to tell you if you have co-infections that often accompany lyme, and can treat you for those as well.

I'm sad to hear about another casualty of the medical ...'system'.... I had a big nightmare with Lyme and other tick diseases earlier this century. go here to see my story: http://dave.clarityconnect.com/LymeDiseaseSUCKS.html
Colloidal silver was one thing I used in my battle, but I had to use EVERYTHING I could get my hands on, including massive doses of powerful antibiotics. I had a very good "LLMD" lyme doctor, but did much research and experimentation myself, too. I appreciate my fortune in somehow managing to find just the right sequence of "cocktails" for my case. But everyone's different. You maximize your chances by getting an LLMD doc and tapping into everyone''s experience that you can, to guide you.
(Lymenet was a huge help for me!) I wish you all the luck in the world beating the lyme! DaveS
