Two of us are to do a presentation to our support group. It will be about supplements that are needed for Lymies.

We have some info but I am hoping someone may have a good chart or some good info that we could use to help our members.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need it before Nov.8th..Thanks lymemomtooo

You probably already have it -- but Dr. Burrascano has a list of supplements he considers crucial in his Treatment guidelines for LD. I don't know if the ILADS guidelines contains supplement guidance, also.

You can get to both at http://ilads.org/guidelines.html

Good for you for doing this presentation -- I predict an excellent discussion. I've gotten a lot of very useful info and feedback (from direct personal experience, always invaluable!) from our group members when I've done presentations.

I have a couple of things I've put together for our group -- stuff on sleep meds/herbs, a list of the major treatment approaches and my own provisos about them, things like that. PM me with your email if you want the files.
