The John Drulle, MD Memorial Lyme Fund, Inc. is

having it's 2nd Annual Great Imitator Masquerade

Fundraiser at Jenkinson's Pavilion in Point

Pleasant Beach, New Jersey on Sunday, November

4, 2007 from 1 pm to 6 pm. With a Mardi Gras

theme, the event is to unite Lyme disease

sufferers, their families and anyone interested

in joining with us to support awareness and

prevention education of tick borne illnesses.

There will be a buffet, costume prizes and

children's activities. Mr. Bill will be the DJ.

Come out to the Jersey Shore and have some fun.

Advanced tickets are: Adults $15.00; Ages 6 to 8

$10.00; and under age 5 free. Tickets at the

door will be an additional $2.00.

Hello Everyone,

If you find yourself in the New Jersey area on

Sunday November 4, 2007, come out and join us at

Jenkinson's Pavilion in Point Pleasant Beach;

right on the beach. Meet some new friends, have

some laughs and good food along with helping to

raise funds for the John Drulle, MD Memorial

Lyme Fund awareness and prevention education

programs. Due to the success of last year's

event we are in the process of accepting grant

applications for prevention research projects.

Look forward to seeing some of you there.
