Anyone had this happen to them. I woke up feeling out of body. lightheaded, shaky, weak, feeling as if the head was not attached.

I had to run to the restroom feeling that I was going to be violently ill. but was not. could hardl make it there.

After that I was a complete nervous wreck. anyone? my holistic md said for me to take charcol tab because I was so toxic inside. I dont know if that was the problem.??

thanks terri

Oh yes! Been there, done that! My heart would also pound and race and I would be so hot then turn to a cold sweat, passed out once, but felt like I was going to each time.

it is terrible, I know!!!!

Have you battled it now, or are you still getting them? What do you think it is? or what was is diagnosed?

Is it a anxiety attack or just another lovely part of lyme?

What did you do to help you through it??
thanks, terri
