It depends on what you are looking for, Melodymaker. A history of the disease? An understanding of the controversy? Suggestions for treatment? An overview of the basics?

I have a list of suggested readings HERE that may help you. Books with the basics include Coping With Lyme by Denise Lang.

You might also find helpful information by leafing through the articles at
http://del.icio.us/lymebrarian/overview

Hope that helps,

Shaz

I would suggest starting here:

This book, by an ILADS member LLMD, might hold many answers and suggestions for you:

Cure Unknown. It's a must read for patients in my opinion.

Also read Beating Lyme by Constance Bean.

Was just published and is easier to read than Cure Unknown, which was among the best books I have read on the subject.
