I was a foodie prior to diagnoses and treatment, and now following the Lyme "Anti-yeast" diet but I'm out of things to eat so sick of chicken and salad
Any suggestions

OOH! If you like to cook, and have the energy to do so, check out the recipes forum at www.wholeapproach.com .
There are SO many great ideas in there for low-carb stuff- for someone who likes food it's more of an interesting creative challenge, not a restrictive diet. At least I felt that way about it. It also really helped me with my Lyme treatment once I started to go low-carb.

I hear you! I was just thinking about this - how food was one of the remaining really enjoyable parts of my life after getting sick - when I couldn't be that physically active anymore.
Now that I'm trying to be very strictly low carb, I am feeling so unexcited about eating and cooking. It's tempting to eat nothing but nuts.
There are lots of different diet plans with varying degrees of strictness. I like one that allows a little more flexibility...
This recipe is SO delicious and easy: pesto salmon It tastes just fine without the parmesan in the pesto - just use lots of olive oil and pine nuts.
Salads *can* be really incredible with the right ingredients. Avocados and nuts and seeds are key. But perhaps as a foodie, you have better ideas. What do you put on your salad?

Roasted veggies hummus wilted greens are very yummy esp with garlic and nuts
