To my dear support group,
I'm sorry I've been MIA since the whole appendix surgery but there have been a few complications (minor) but enough for me to be pre-occupied and not be able to partake in participating on Lymenet on a more frequent basis!
I had my LLMD appmt 2-weeks ago and all TBD's are still in remission so I'm giving great thanks. The surgery left me with some kind of bacteria in my gut (or an overload of yeast) from the 5-day stay in the hospital but my LLMD is all over it and we should have answers within a month.
(Yes, the glamorous stool kit is necessary...my first and hopefully, last.)
I just wanted to thank you all for the tremendous support you've given me this past year and please know that I am always here for you! Just pm me and "I'll be there" (vintage Michael Jackson...not Mariah Carey).
I pray every one of you is getting a little better every day and you're always in my thoughts.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Good to hear you are still in remission.
Sorry to hear you have some stomach issues to deal with still. I hope that gets resolved quickly so you can really enjoy your remission fully
