The Our Father is a road map for success, because it came right from the horses mouth so to speak. Everything is included in this prayer thats needs to be, so we can keep on keeping on through any situation.
I believe you don't have to repeat it exactly the way it is written, but its a guide line of the way we should approach OUR HEAVENLY FATHER, and the things we should be asking for.
The most important thing about the Our Father, however you choose to say it, is that you speak it from the heart.
Our Father, who art in heaven hallowed be thy Name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen. Posts: 128 | From web | Registered: Dec 2008

How true, how true!
I always hear also to give God the glory and the praise first and foremost, and then end with a praise too.
But whatever your words, God looks at the heart when we pray. He knows what we need before we ask for it, and sometimes that's the only comfort we get.
When the world thinks we're crazy or faking, God knows where we stand, and Jesus has been there for us!
Keep the faith!!!

Amen! I don't care how messed up we can be a believer that turns to God is better off than a rich mans money. God will reward us for our shame and i am not ashamed of the Gospel for it is the power,The our Farther is such a wonderful way to speak to God. Sometimes when i lose my way a little i reflect on this Prayer, and it brings everything back into focus again.
