In our area. Five traps (I know of) in various wooded/grassy locations. They are going to do a year long study of the ticks in our area. A full year due to the fact that all four types of ticks occur here, However, they are not all active at the same time. PCR testing will be done on each tick collected. Hopefully the results will bring attention to the problem with Lyme in La. Hugs, Geneal
