Although he (Frank Pallone) sat on and wouldn't let our bill out of his Congressional Committee ... or be bothered to even READ it...
He found time to sponsor a bill honoring Bruce Springsteen!
Uggggggggggg... I guess sick people in his district don't rate?
"In December 2005, U.S. Representative Frank Pallone (who represents Asbury Park) and 21 co-sponsors sponsored H.Res. 628, "Congratulating Bruce Springsteen of New Jersey on the 30th anniversary of his masterpiece record album 'Born to Run', and commending him on a career that has touched the lives of millions of Americans."
In general, resolutions honoring native sons are passed with a simple voice vote. This bill, however, was referred to the House Committee on Education and the Workforce and died there. [23]"

Now we just gotta get Frank to honor the tick for being "Born To Crawl" and for a career that has touched the lives of millions of Americans, and more. Maybe it's all in the wording...
Hey - yes, lies! You got it - we contact Bruce and suggest he put out an album called Tick Born In The USA, and then get Frank P to honor it!

Exactly!
I've been trying to remember back- too many years ago- I knew his father-in-law. Funny too. Quiet, sweet man... didn't bother anyone... and I liked hanging out with him at work.
He taught me how to pick a goose and other important things that all girls should know how to do. He use to bring me yams from NJ too... sooooooo good.
Anyhow..
I would think if the bill honoring him didn't go through.. it might upset the Boss.
So rather than rub that in and hurt his feelings... maybe someone could find out if he would be interested in sitting on Pallone's head for us?
They are both from New Jersey.

I'm kinda busy with a ton of other stuff... so any takers?
