Gee, I wish I could remember. I think I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago.
Anyway, I ordered my copy (also, can't remember which version) and it came Saturday. It only took three or four days to arrive by US Mail.

the loaded version won't be out til after it's done in the theatres.
I bought the preview version and will probably buy the loaded too, as I need copies to circulated. Right now I wish I had 2, as I am letting my alternative MD borrow one tomorrow and I want the chiropractor to see the other one too soon.
Preview version is still good. 103 mins long, there just isn't a menu option and no 'extra's. Also comes in a little cardboard slip case.

I bought a copy for my niece and sister too. We suspect my niece as Lyme.
