Hi Gang.I figured it out.

They just keep turning you down without even looking at anything.

It finally goes to a judge who ask your lawyer.
1.Did he loose his home.
2.Did he loose his car.
3 Did he loose his mind from the SS process.
4.Is he now in a rest home from not having any health ins,so no health care.
If the answer is yes to all of the above the judge says.
Well if he gave all that up in stead of going back to work he is disabled,he wins.

yes, i felt many times they NEVER read any of the excessive amount of INCHES of medical files i submitted.

i now have 3 FULL DRAWERS FULL of a 4 drawer file of medical records used for both ssdi claims i did to win my 2nd, and going to iowa's commission of health commissioner fighting bcbs NOT reimbursing me for $5,000 of lyme expenses....
