Hi Gang,Well you know I was turned down the first time I understand this is normal unless you are suposed to die in the next 6 months.

Well I really squeaked lowd to my senator my congressman, the ohio governor, and a letter to President Obama.

SS sent me a letter and ask me how they did,HE HE HE !!A survey it was.

I was nice about it but I let them know I wasan't happy at all.

I printed out the cartoon with the giant bird eating the frog, the frog was choking the bird,
it originally said never give up.

I retouched it so the frog was not choking the bird,I labled the bird the DDS and the frog as me.The heading was Disabled person and the DDS.

I sent the cartoon in with the survey.

Senator Voinovich really got on them for me they marked my redetermination as (of congressional interest),to be expidited.

They ask my lawyer for permission to have me fill out a daily activity form again,so i did it again,a lot better.

I am seeing a county paid Psychologist due to terrible suisidal thoughts when they turned me down the first time,it got scarry.

I am back on lyme treatments due to brain fog, eyesight loss, and very low immune system,I got the darm shingles, and my heart has been fibrolating.

I just had the 21 day herxes,on the treatment which is max dose cipro.

Well I am on day 54 of the redertimination wait,
And I HATE waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has been a small part of what I am going through right now.

maddog [group hug] [kiss]

thanks for the update on yourself and status of reconsideration!!

1st to warn you of several things:

we have a time limit to get things into them; they do NOT HAVE A TIME LIMIT to live up too; found that out the hard way durng my 5 yrs. of hell to be approved on my 2nd ssdi claim.

fyi, sorry again, but unless you are dying; your senators/reps/gov. will NOT help your case one bit!

DDS has to send them MONTHLY UPDATES where you are in line for getting action MAINLY when they set up an admin law judge hearing 2.5 yrs. after you started this whole thing.

been there done that one too.

if you were to lose your home/foreclosure, etc.....THEN THEY CAN LET DDS KNOW THIS and hopefully they might speed things up.

happy you are getting some physological help; and sorry to learn the stress from being denied caused you to turn suicide and brought on your shingles too; uffda!

uffda, 21 day herx on top of this all; when it rains it pours for all of us.

hoping BRIGHT SPOTS OF GOOD HAPPENINGS will help soon maddog. hugs/kisses

yes, many of us ended up with mental dx being APPROVED;

they won't deal with lyme, fibro, or chronic fatigue since they aren't in APPROVED IMPAIRMENT LIST; good luck!
