Any one out there?? I have lyme and live in the middle of Kansas. Very few are lyme literate here.

please edit by clicking on PENCIL, and then CUT your text and move to SEEKIGN DR. forum

show KANSAS/MISSOURI LLMD NEEDED and a regular pcp dr too

be sure to go to lower left hand corner and mark box to receive all supplies


now go back here and delete this post and the post asking for gp; both of these have been covered in your seekign dr. post.


click on pencil, 3rd box to right of your name above
go to upper left corner; click delete post

ignore moderator's comment....

if you need drs; post in seeking drs.....

support is if you need to rant, a shoulder to cry on, etc.

I'm not from Kansas but I have been through there a few times.

There are only a few lymies were I live allso.

However more and more are getting the disease here.

You actually have one of the most popular and best LLMD's in your state. Some patients here go to Health Centers of America in Kansas City

Thanks all for your responses. I agree on the doc in KC--I have a good lyme doc. Just need to talk to people that have lyme and understand.
Many around me don't get my illness and I am losing ground on people relationships because some say--"why isn't she well yet?" or "She must be depressed--hormonal--crazy--"or just --"I don't want to get involved because she is sick with something I don't want to talkor know about".
