So happy for you! Even if it DOES turn out to be just one day of feeling great, one day is how you start.
Then, another day later and another.
I am just so happy to hear this!

Great Feelfit! Doesn't it feel wonderful. After a really bad last 8 months I suddenly had a good week. i walked all over my daughter's campus at her new college with her. Yay! I was finally able to be a mom again!
Hope you continue to be able to get out and walk and feel good!

Thanks everyone!!! Lisa S, OMG that is awesome news! A whole week! I hope that it continues for you.
TF thanks for the encouragement. You are right, if it can happen once, it can happen again right?
Kam (((( )))))
Kelly, you will get there.
TC! Ha! Luckily I was a competitive distance runner before this stuff and a fitness athlete. But these 3 miles never felt so good.
Ocean, yes, helped with air hunger. I did notice that I kept checking my neck pulse for heart stuff though!
Now, for the icing on the cake. I went on a boat ride and fished a little. All I have been able to do all Summer is look at the lake from out of the window.....
Please God let this continue!

Great, great news!! I can only imagine!! You deserve days like that for sure with all you've went through. I hope more come.
I dream of 3 blocks someday. You must be in VERY good shape to not exercise for 22 months and walk 3 miles. I think good Babesia treatment is my only hope left to ever achieve it.

Keep it up Feelfit! Ditto to what TuTu said. Join us at Walkers/Hikers/Crawlers here in General. There's usually a new thread started every week. We all try to encourage one another.
See ya!

Cotton, Oh so true! I will do a mile for you and more....running at the mouth, ha!
Btm and Can't, I HOPE that this is a shift in the right direction....I almost feel afraid to talk about it.
Seek, I am in fair shape. In all of those months (22) I have laid on my bed everyday and have done leg lifts, stretching, etc.. Don't know why the lightheadedness went away and the pressure and pain????
Alaska, TY will see you there.

great to hear you're improving, it feels so good when we can do something that was so unattainable for so long.
Ive been in physical therapy for a while now and have been walking about every other day and
yesterday i walked 3 miles too! It was great.
So happy for you...and i understand the comment about the hesitation to mention it, ups and downs happen.
i hope this encourages you, for some time ive had very few down and its been a steady up without 'crashes' for a while....we can get there
