Last night I had the worst pain in my hips. In my life I've fallen from trees wrecked motorcycles, had construction accidents but the pain last night was like a hot knife being shoved into me.
Can the joint/bone pain be so bad?

Oh yes, I know that pain. (Ditto on the back pain)
I had the hip pain back in about the 4th year I had Lyme. So bad I could not sleep on the side it hurt, and couldnt' even lay on the opposite side because of the gravity on the bad side. Good news is it did eventually go away. Took time.
Can you try warm baths with epsom salts?? Might help. Keeping you in prayer.
