Been thinking lots about attitude lately. It really does make a HUGE difference. Ask any cancer SURVIVOR (notice I didn't type cancer VICTIM).
Each day that we wake up, and just do the best we can, qualifies us to be a Lyme Survivor.
Join me, one minute at a time, one day at a time and say, "I am a Lyme Survivor".

Feelfit--Great! I'm sure there are many other Lyme Survivors out there.
Let's hear from you. Let's encourage each other. Anyone have something to share that is GOOD NEWS?! Something to share that IS helping? Something to share that is going right?
I'll share--hmmm (especially after seeing your "name" feelfit). A real breakthrough for me was "exercise" per Dr. B's guidelines (muscle strength no aerobic).
I started VERY slow six months ago with 30 SECONDS worth of rubber band muscle building (my husband can attest to that) now up to 45 minutes. I am a Lyme Survivor.

I figure I managed it myself the first 25 years, if I can't get rid of it.... I'll manage it for the next 25 years.
With lots of help from God ...couldn't do it alone!
