Check your library's cookbook selection. I love "test-driving" cookbooks before I buy them. That way you can figure out if something is worth the money or not!

There is a great book called Special Diets for Special Kids by Lisa Lewis. The ISBN number is 1-885477-44-9.
It has gluten and caesin free recipies from breakfast to dessert. It's for parents implementing a dietary change for autistic and add kids, but the recipies are quite good.
