You need to adjust your head / pillows and you reach over to the right for the up/down switch on the bed rail.

Also - you know you've been in the hospital too long when you actually look forward to the meals to break up the monotony!

I like the get fed one-that is the only good thing about hospital, besides the fact they have always kept me pain free!
