Jennifer,
I take Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT(Sustained Release Technology). I can take very large amounts of this form of magnesium and I have experienced no side effects or intestinal upset. Usually, when I take other forms of magnesium at high doses I almost always get stomach problems.

Keep in mind that your body can only absorb a small amount at a time. So if you don't get the slow release, go with as low a dose you can find (50mg) and take more frequently. If you take too much, you'll know - most will end up going through you.
