I am really depressed tonight. I feel so much pain in my body. My neck is very sore. The cervical epidurals from last year have worn off, but I did find out I can get another one in 2 weeks. so I should be thankful.

I should be thankful for a lot of things (deep down I am ) but tonight is not a good night. I am counting the minutes till I can go to bed, which is soon!

I am just so tired of the same "groundhog day" type days. Wake up to pain, go to bed with pain, its just not fair.no person (or animal for that matter) should suffer so.
Its not like I am not trying.

today at my pain clinic I was for once told I Was "the perfect patient" because I try all different things. such as PT, meds, accupuncture etc.

that was nice to get aknowledged for my hard work. ITs not easy keeping all these appointments, driving all around, spending money on copays, meds supplements. I know I dont have to tell you guys. thats why I am here,

I was called today to inform me that my igenex tests are in. The didnt want to tell me on the phone.I think I should go pick them up since it is a 20nmin drive. other wise I will have to wait till the end of march at my appointment.

I should be thankful I even got the tests, but now I am already disapointed that they have no info and I havent even seen the darn results yet!!! am I crazy or what?

well its time for bed, time to escape!!

have a good night and thanks for letting me vent away...... [Frown]

Sometimes just going to bed is the bed thing you can do for yourself. I pray that tomorrow will be a better day for you....

You're not crazy, just normal.

You're afraid that the tests will be negative, so that's what you are focusing on.

My tests were negative as I've had this 25 years. In fact my Dr. told me they'd be negative before she even ran them.

She diagnosed me on the clinical data, and treated. I will be keeping you in prayer.

Also, when you have pain, do something directly to help it like a warm microwavable wrap, or heating pad. Don't suffer, instead take a minute to address the pain.

thanks guys.

Today was a little better pain wise, but was lethargic and tired. Went to my therapist and cried my eyes out. I HATE crying in front of people!

But I have a great therapist who helps a lot. I see my psych nurse tomorrow maybe get my meds ajusted. She is brand new, never met her. Have my worries. I am going to try to get my results faxed to me tomorrow.

I just feel bad, and I am so frustrated. I know you can all relate.

thanks for the support, I really appreciate each one of you. you mean the world to me!!!!!

hugs!
