Hi all, just wanted to post and say I'm feeling scared due to the fact I changed doctors. I'm glad about that as he seems to have his act together.
I think it's just the whole issue of being sick and wondering when will this get better?
I wrapped my brain around the fact that someday I'll get better, but when.
Do any of you feel that way????

I think many of us feel that way.
When I started treatment I had some grand idea that I would feel great in 6 months.
I have been treating for 13 months and I have seen some improvements, but I have a long way to go.
I would look at the change of Dr's as a positive.
He can lend a new perspective to your treatment that may be very beneficial to you.
Time is going to pass anyways, so why not spend it trying to get better even if it takes a long time?
It helps me if I think back to where I started and remind myself of any and all improvements, even small ones.
Wishing you improvement in the days ahead.

I wonder that everyday. I've been treating for four years and I'm still herxing when I pulse flagyl one week every month.
I get very discouraged at times but I'm so thankful to have a great LLMD! I hate to think where I would be without my doctor...
