I have been on ABX for 3 days now. The first night i took them an hour and a half later the pressure in my face that had been there for six months disappeared. I was so happy! I had some energy back and thought I may be on an upward climb.

However, I had the pressure the next morning waking up but still had some more energy. I continued my ABX thinking it would go away.

Well about two/three days in the pressure is still there again. Anybody have any idea what made it go away after the first pill and come back. I have also started to feel a little weaker and my anxiety has increased. Trying to push on with the ABX though.

maybe the lyme bugs got scared and hid. Or you killed a whole bunch.

It would be nice if treating lyme with antibiotcs for three days was that simple, but it's such a complex disease. Wishful thinking.

Continue to push on with your treatment, and I wish you the best in your recovery.

So sorry I didn't see your post till now. 4 days is a long wait for an answer from someone.

Diane

Ps... in answer to your question, Yes I
experience this symptom all to much

Thank You! Im always happy when someone actually replies...

I hate the feeling it is my number one symptom!!! Ive had CT of sinuses and MRI and they showed nothing....

I was so happy the night I took the Amoxy and it went away but now its back... Well I up my dosage of amoxy tonight maybe it will scare them again... I can only hope.

It feels like someone is laying the heaviest thinest piece of lead on my face in certain places... LLMD thinks it may be bells palsy..

Also, maybe this needs to be in medical questions please if a moderator feels the need move it.

Ahaodge... This symptom and burning/tingling head are my worst . What has truely helped me is

Tumeric capsules; one three times a day, sometimes four.

Magnessium two times a day.

both of these supplements you can take with antibiotics.
Omega brites also help with my moods.

Go to search. I know I have seen this topic before and you might find more knowledgeable info there.
