Does anyone have a good syrup recipe for pancakes that would be ok on anti-candida diet?

Add stevia to the mix. With that, you may not even need syrup and a little walnut or hazelnut oil would be just the right touch as a topping (maybe with just a drop of pure maple syrup).

You could also use a little unsweetened apple sauce with a drop of pure maple syrup added. You might find a pure maple extract (but avoid "flavors" as they are chemical based).

You could also puree dark berries.

Avoid anything artificial.

Stevia Clear from SweetLeaf has some liquid stevia that is flavored but I don't know if they are from natural or artificial sources.

I'd be more concerned about the glycemic impact, so be sure to eat with protein. I'd also add more eggs to the pancake batter and a fair amount of walnut or hazelnut oil to balance the sugars.

Pamela's and Bob's Red Mill both have gluten-free pancake mixes. Trader Joe's carries Gluten-free waffles in the freezer.

You could cut apples or pears into chunks. Sprinkle on a good amount of cinnamon. Cook in the microwave for a couple minutes. They will cook down to be soft and juicy, like the inside of a good apple pie.

I eat that stuff alone but you could also use on top of pancakes and french toast or oatmeal.

You can also cook frozen (unsweetened) berries this way. Black berries seem to work the best.
