Dear Lord help me!
I am so tired, I am about sick to my stomach with the fatigue.
I don't know if my body can make three months with the grandchildren out of school. I have not felt this tired since last year before getting dx with lyme and co. It's a crippling fatigue and I have to continue on. Even when the boys are playing with there friends in the pool or outside playing or just watching TV. I am mentally exhausted just having to be alert. Sorry for whinning. Diane

Thank you light and cityroam,
I just got special hugs for my ignorance...After I left the board I fixed myself a bowl of black beans... behold I have energy! Food what a concept.
With the boys being home I have not taken the time to eat. Now I know why I get a second wind in the evening time... I EAT dinner.
