I recently started to take chlorella in a powder form. I got the powder b/c I hate having so many pills and b/c I'm hoping to start adding some to my kids' diets.
Being dark green, though, it's hard to hide it in the usual places I hide medicines for the kids (applesauce, yogurt, milk, etc.)
I could also use some suggestions for myself, if anyone has any good chlorella recipes.
Any ideas.
Thanks.

You could try pineapple juice. That covers it up pretty well. You may want to make a blender drink with pineapple & banana & put the chlorella in that.

Try not to lie to your children about giving them supplements. When they realize that you're giving them stuff but concealing it, they'll learn that they cannot trust you.
