I bought some lime-green sparkly nail polish and have painted my pinkie nail with it. I've been wearing a green rubber Lyme bracelet and no one has ever asked about it. EVERYONE notices my Lyme green pinkie nail, and almost everyones mentions it to me.

This gives me the opportunity to raise awareness for this debilitating disease. I have at least a few minutes of their undivided attention to explain this epidemic. This works for me. I'm painting my pinkie nail green until I'm well. Maybe longer. Just an idea to try to get us noticed. C'mon girls, join the party!! [Smile]

I love the idea! If I weren't a nail biter I would join in for sure.

I think for any IDSA-related gatherings and such, we should choose *another* finger...

Love that idea. Where did you get the polish from? I love lime green colored things as peridot is my birthstone.

It's Nicole brand by OPI and the color is "make mine lime" no kidding. You can find it at Ulta beauty stores and probably Sally, maybe even Walmart or Target. Peridot is mine too, neighbor!

This must be Florida day on Lymenet.

Gotta get some Lime green polish.

I guess polishing all 10 nails would really make a statement.
