Recently my husband visited a friend in the hospital (friend was having heart issues). A few days later hubby visited again; he noticed the nurses coming in the room had hospital gown, gloves, and face mask.
So my husband greets our friend, hugs him, and proceeds to ask one of the nurses, "Why the gown, gloves, etc."
Well, come to find out our friend picked up MSRA while in the hospital. It's a bacterial staph infection of the skin.
My husband came home, clothes to the wash, detox bath, good scrub...he is fine.
Of course, came home and researched MSRA. Come to find out 85% of the people who get MSRA pick it up in a hospital or other health care facility!
Hospitals and other health care facilities are becoming more and more dangerous places to be. YIKES or in the words of Lymetoo "That's pretty frightening!"
